How can I help someone get $$$
I know two people who seem to fall between the cracks. How can I help them: First one said he has depression and once was told he was
Bi-polar, doesn't remember who or when. He's 56 years old. He lives
In his elderly mother's social security. She is old and sick. How can he
Pay the apartment rent, or get food etc. He never kept a job for a long
    Time. He's talking suicide.
Second: He has a house his mom left him, all paid up. His brother wanted half so he took out a second mort. Now he has no money and
Someone gave him another mortgauge... he collects bottles and rents
Out l/2 the house for 1/2 the morguage. He is a hoarder and the
Downstairs has "stuff" and cats. He can't hold a job. I supply cat food
And a neighbor the food from a pantry. How can I help him?
Not easy questions... can anyone help?

Try talking to him about it and if he doesn't like the idea, don't say nothing for a while then try bring ing it back up.. try telling him how happy it may make him to get rid of it all cause it all really has maybe no value or use to him. Bring it gently into the converstion and maybe tell him how happy it amy make someone else because some people are less fortunate than others and may not have that much. Try that and see how that works
