    Form W-7: Where should I sent to?
    Hi! Want somebody help me.
    I'm Japanese and I have to submit the Form w-7 to the US.
    I found the form but I don't know where to send this document.
    Please tell me the address I should send form W-7.

    I am sorry, the form has the address of where to mail right on the paperwork.

    This form is for a TIN ( taxpaper Identification number) not to be used if you have a social security number
