    How to unlock subsidy password.
    Hello there,

    I have a motorola cell phone and I have a t-mobile simcard I wanted to use the fancy motorola cell phone but it keeps asking subsidy password. How do I unlock it?

    You need to find and download the program called Smart Clip. That will be able to tell you the code you need.
