    I don't know how to install new language on Pantech P2020
    I have a Pantech P2020. It only supports English, Espanol, Francais and it doesn't support Vietnamese. I want to add Vietnamese language on my phone but I don't know. Someone said that I should up ROM for my phone but I don't know how to install language.

    Thank you a lot. However, my phone isn't a smartphone and my phone don't have operating system. Therefore, Can I receive help from XDA developers?
