Is it just me or is the FAQ section on here really hard to find?

It is in the Help section at the bottom of the home page. I just went looking for it a little while ago. I couldn't find it. But, I knew that I had put a link to it in a couple of answers that I had given. So, that's how I found it again.

No, not really at the bottom of every page, but like any site, when you first start using it, one has to take a lot of time and look around how to use a site.

No, it is under FAQ it is in the right lower corner of every page that I see in the view. There is a line that shows
Home FAQ Rules, Members world Map, Advice Privacy statement

At least on my view, it is right there on the bottom of the pages

In difference to what I previously wrote, I do see the Help section at the bottom of every page.

I'm not seeing the same thing that you are seeing, Fr_Chuck. I don't know why that is, except that I might guess it is because you have the moderation capabilities of a Super Moderator. Just a guess...

    Just click right here... https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/faq.php

It depends on which interface you use. With the newest interface you scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Help"
