    For die-hard sleuths, trivia lovers and brainiacs only.
    It is likely that post # 200,000 will be posted to the site by tomorrow.

    While the home page shows that we have 183,829 posts, this is total posts minus deleted ones.

    Pointing to the post # within a thread shows the actual post number in the url. For example, this post right here is post #198,101

    ... so for die-hard geeks: who can be the first to spot post # 200,000? :p

    Lol, not quite there yet. At this moment we are at 198,926.

    As for the prize:
    "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness. So you got that goin' for you... which is nice." :p :p

    We've just had a big jump. For the week of 11/1-11/7 we averaged 33 posts per hour.
