    Who leaves the house during divorce
    Can my husband kick me out of the house before our divorce is final? We have three children at home.

    It's easier for 1 to find a bed instead of 4! Try to appeal to his senses. ( I know in Divorce there aren't many ) Who could let their children be homeless. He could always move back in, if you decide to find another place to live.

    Legally he can't kick you out, it is your home too, so you sort of have to work it out between yourselves as the police won't pick a side if someone wanted to call.

    Well that depends. Are you on the deed? If you are, then he can't. If you aren't then he might be able to evict you. But he can't just kick you out. What does your divorce atty say?
