    What is sworn affidavit? Where to get it and in how many days I will get it?

    PLEASE stop putting the question in the heading - it belongs in the body and we need details.

    I have no idea what kind of sworn affidavit you are asking for, what type of case, why you need it, who is supposed to sign it.

    A sworn affidavit is an affidavit concerning facts. The individual signs and swears that the affidavit is the truth and it is notarized (in most cases).
