I know this girl who has gone to get credit cards not just 1 or 2 but a few. She is hear illegally how much trouble can she get into? She has not paid them off she over drafts them using a fake social and fake ID. My question is can that cause her to get deported? If so my concern is the 1yr old babby she had he was borne hear. I want to know what happens to him

Who has custody of the baby?

You are not clear as to what she has done regarding credit cards. She applied for credit, got the credit cards, and charged purchases, right? But what do you mean when you write that she overdrafts these credit cards? She goes over the credit limit?

I also don't understand what she did with a fake Social Security card and a fake identification card. She used them as proof that the credit cards were hers? Were they hers?

Sorry I was not clear I was in a rush. Let me give it anothere try if I may.

This is takeing place in Los Angeles CA.

She has custody of the babby the babbys dad went his owne way wants nuthing to do with them.

The cards are not hers she uses a fake social security and a id to apply,for credit. She will use up all the money in the cards and if she can not pay the fees she will throw them away then go apply some were els. That's theft right?

If for any reason she was to get deported what will happen with the babby?

She is from Mexico she is 22 yrs old she has no pappers she is hear illegaly.

This is fraud and theft. She will either be jailed or deported. The baby may be deported with her or placed into foster care.
