    Um... no, its not legal, or at least I think it isn't. Morally, it's a definite no, no. my advice is to :

    A)keep it on the down low

    B) when you're done with the bill STOP!!

    C)you probably shouldn't put stuff like that out there.


    But like I said I'm no lawyer.
