Violation of Privacy Act? Or just stupidity?
I was given a write up from my store manager. She taped it to a glass window in the office in plain view of other employees to see and read. As a assistant manager and this being a document intended for my personel file, is this a violation of the privacy act, and can I sue her and the company?

    Hello will:

There is NO law that provides YOU with privacy. The Privacy Act, protects CORPORATIONS - not you.
