    Title Loan issue
I'm in Louisiana; Got in money bind & got a tile loan on my truck. Things only got worse & now can't pay title loan. They didn't keep my title & filed for lost title without my knowledge. So, I have original clear title & the one they filed for with their lien on it!! Can they repo my truck?

    Sure.

What would you do were they to repossess it? Report them to the police and claim that they stole it? You try that, knowing that they have their replacement title (showing their lien), and you can be charged with making a false report to the police.
