    Item purchased with higher priced ticket over lower one, what rights do I have?

    No idea what you are talking about, what item, what state if in the US or other county , and what type of ticket is that merely the price. Sounds like terms used outside the US perhaps

    More details would help. If the higher price was placed over the lower one, and you paid the price you have no recourse.
