    What do I do with their stuff
    I have two items that have been left in my yard one appeared out of no where the other I know about. If the owners don't return for then are they mine? And how long do I need to wait to claim them?

    I would notify the Police - of course, if someone left a baseball in your yard and you keep it it's a lot different from an automobile.
