I found out when my military pension was short this month. I call them and they informed me that I had been garnished by Afee(military department store). I have been retired for 11 years, haven't purchased anything from them since. I was once garnished by the same company about 5 years back and I thought it was over... that the amount was fully paid... found out they said I still owes them a great deal of money(let just say nearly ten time what my charge account allowed) Can someone tell me, what I supposed to do now?

Hire an attorney to review the case, if they have not taken you back to court, it has to be the same judgement, do you have copies of that paper work ? What does it say?

No that's my major problem, don't have they paperwork!
