Hi, I am working for one company from past more then one year but my visa is on different company. However my old company has given me noc and my passport to transfer the visa to new company. I have submitted all the documenats to new company and they applied for it also and I got the approval too. Now my transfer status is declined and when I spoke to new MD of the company , they are saying that we need to think about your visa or may be we don't want to take any more liability. When I told them to clear my nine months due salary, he is saying you didn't achieved your target so no due salary for you. If you want to go you can go. When management knows that my salary package is aed 60k and so far I have given them business of aed 230k then how can they do this to me?
I spoke to my old company pro and he told me do you have complete documents like offer letter, visa transfer applied copy. Then I told him yes I do have. More over I do have serious medical and family issue. So I asked them money. So my pro told me that you go to labour office and visit to the counter and tell all the issues, they will file a case against company. And he told me that new company directly entitled for the fine of AED 50k and they have to clear your dues. At the same time I won't be entiteled for any ban. But I went through so many articles and I have seen that the case is being going for 8 months, 1 year and 2 years.
So I am in a delima what has to be done. I can't work like this, every time they give false promises. Company use to pay salary to everyone except me. I told them directly that this is partiality. I am not in your visa so you people are doing like this. Seriously I can't work like this so I searched new job but I can't leave my hard earn money. Kindly suggest me what has to be done.
