    Reopen workers comp case
I had an injury at work in 2009, the injury was reported and I was sent to physical therapy for about 3 months. I was released on a Wed and was laid off that following Monday but my injury still exists and it was never taken any further to get my issue resolved. Can I reopen my workers comp case at this point or is it to late?

The best way to find out is through the employer's Workmans Compensation department. The statute of limitations is governed by state law, so knowing what state you are in would help nail it down better.
