    renters oil tank
My previous landlord asked me to vacate the property so she could move into the apt as her daughter was pregnant and mine had lead paint and had no renovations for 25 years. When moving out she agreed to buy the asher and dryer I was leaving behind for $250 and to pay for the unused oil (1/2 a tank = 125 gals @ $3.59 = $450) I also paid for the tank saver ($90) and the maintenance on the burner ($85.00) - she agreed to pay the $250 and the remaining oil - she is now saying she doesn't want to pay for the oil and I should have it pumped out and wants to give me only $125 for the washer and dryer - What are my rights? (She is also my ex sister-n-law and got my mothers house in her divorce because the judge wouldn't give them their divorce unless my brother signed over the house even though she made more money than him).

Sue her for it, use small claims court ( no lawyers and differnet judge)
