I went to an establishment similar to a lap dance place, but more of a production company, not many customers like me. Some people like to be filmed. I had paid to join a forum where he offers some of his products for "free" after that one off price, I wasn't that interested in the products I just wanted to help support him. He had whined that people weren't supporting him. I joined, which involved me using my real name through paypal. And he had assured me he'd know me as Andy. He has an online group where I use another name Terry. And sadly, when I paid to join his group and he got my real name "Jonathan". (somebody told him Andy -whose face he knows- is Terry -the name that joined his group. And he knows Terry's real name and that Terry is Andy, so he knows my real name "Jonathan") When he saw me, at the lap dance place, he said "Hi Andy Terry Jonathan". I had only joined his film production forum to support him, he'd given his word in writing, that he'd know me as Andy. He broke that word. And when I emailed him criticising him for it and quoting him saying he would call me Andy, and how he broke my trust, he didn't like the criticism, and kicked me from his online group(which I paid a lifetime membership for of £20). I don't care about the £20 or his online group but he knows my name now and broke his word. And might spread my name around. And he might photograph me as he has a camera, he might goad me. In fact he was perhaps goading me (For fun I suppose) by calling me Andy Terry Jonathan. I know it was very naïve of me to trust him.. As it's not a respected profession with standards. He was only renting this establishment to do some film work. So it's nothing to do with the guy that runs the establishment. The producer used to have his own establishment but it didn't work out for him so now he filmed in somebody else's. The establishment itself is more of a production company. So they don't take that many customers. There were only a few other people there that day and they're very private people and all either get free lapdances because they agree to be filmed, or they do the filming themselves. So it's not like there are lots of customers and it's not the fault of the very private guy that runs the establishment that had this producer in. No doubt the producer pays him well, better than I pay for my little lapdance.

I think that to use my name at that kind of place is goading me. And he gave his word that he wouldn't. And evidence that he has is the fact that he kicked me from his forum (I no longer come up as registered) though I paid him and did.. I am also worried that he'll use my name more because he just doesn't care and is not a man of his word, not even a man of his written word.


What are my options?

If you are going someone or doing something where you are ashamed to use your real name, perhaps you don't need to be doing it.

There is nothing you can do if he is calling you by your real name, it is the truth and there is no protection. And he can tell people where you go, again there is no protection from people telling the truth about you
