    You title this Photos, post it in the Other Law forum and then ask about LED lights without telling us what device you are asking about. Do you really expect us to be able to answer?

    OK,now this makes a little more sense. I gather you have been convicted or charged with some alcohol related offense. And that you are under house arrest with some sort of monitoring device.

    If the device came with a manual, then read it, it should explain what the lLEDs mean. If not, check the manufacturer's web site or contact them.
