    Pa. Employment commission
    I have worked for a university about 30 months in 5 years as part time.Do they have to hire me on as full time?

    No... why would they? Some part time jobs MIGHT have a path to full time employment... but not all do nor are they required to.

    I think you might be confusing your situation with some policies and laws regarding temporary vs permanent. Those apply to full time workers.
