Is an ombudsman for the Chicago Police Dept.
I am in need of an ombudsman for the Chicago Police Department? I have an issue that needs resolution and because the people I am dealing with are "cop-families," I immediately get discounted even though I am well within my legal rights. I'm not sure this requires a call to the Office of Professional Standards just yet. I have, however, gone as high up as I can within the district I am dealing with, to no avail.
