Should a copy of the Restraining Notice issued to the Bank by a judgment creditor be attached, when filing a "Motion to Quash" Bank Levy for improper service. This will be filed in New York. All suggestions welcome.

I have a similar situation with a judgment in New and live in California. I was never served. In what state did you file first (or both ?) Did you file the Motion to Quash first, then the Motion to Vacate Judgment ? Do you have any sample forms on Motion to Quash ?
