    Motion to Quash
    I'm looking for samples of 'Motion to Quash Notice of Levy'. Can someone help me with this or direct me to a site I can get the info, Thanks

    Hello Tex:

    It's NOT the form that works. It's what you SAY in the form that works or doesn't. If you don't know what to SAY, then the right form won't help a bit. If you DO know what to say, the form isn't really important.

    Write the court a letter. Say the things you think will work. Ask the judge to consider your letter a "motion to Quash". Most judges will. Send your letter certified, return receipt requested and send one to the other lawyer.

    Thanks for the info and the quick reply, I'l write a letter but I was also hoping to see some examples of others motion to quash a levy. Thanks again
