Matter of jurisdiction
It's an interstate child support case involving the States Child Support Agency where I live, and two court orders from State my child was born in. One is true, the other I believe is a fraud. I've done everything possible under the law to correct the record in the State I live in and been denied due process of law. Due to the voluum of records and I do not have access to a scanner I am unable to add attachments. I have a copy of the permanent payment history on the case. Other documents acknowledges fraud and embellzellement by someone in the Child Support Agency in the State I live in. Other documents draws concern about the creditability of these agencies. I am now in the State that issued the orders and was told I had to go back to the State I live in. They say only a fool represents him/her self and I know going up against the State is a big job but doable. If I had an attorney that wouldn't allow State influences and resources to stop the wheels of justice, I know I can win my law suit. The question is, which State has jurisdiction over these orders and what can I do to ensure my claim proceed in court?
