Las vegas salary worker
My boyfriend works on salary. He works almost 20 hour days some days and the other days he works 14-16.. Depending on how long his employer requires him to stay. This week is his 4th week working with no day off. He was supposed.to have one last week but.they called him in for another 14 hours.. Is this legal? He hasn't had any sleep. At times he would come home from work at 6am, sleep for a couple hours and leave around 9am. We live in las vegas and I know when you're on salary your employer can keep you as long as they want a day, but this is just not right..
