    I need to know if a 17 year old can be hired to be a grounds keeper at a business. He will be running lawn tractors/weed eaters/and snow plows

    Most places won't hire anyone until they are 16. So you are probably safe but it can depend on the state you live in too, so you might want to check with your state labor laws.
