    How to Upgrade a Bad Conduct Discharge?
    How do I upgrade my bad conduct discharge I need medical help & I hope that a discharge upgrade will help me get some veterans medical assistance

    This is very, very difficult to accomplish or every dishonorably discharged ex-service person would attempt it in order to collect benefits. Upgrading Your Military Discharge

    IF you are from NY I would use another screen name - I think I know who you are. I hope I'm wrong. (What are the odds?)
