    Hello ash:

    There's no legal time limit. He's still doing his prison sentence. It's just on the street - or it was.

    An appointment with your PO isn't one that I'd miss. I guess they didn't take kindly to it either... If they're really pissed, they can make him serve the rest of his sentence. If not, they can let him out whenever they're a mind to.
