How long does it take from L1 to H1 given I797A is approved?
Hi,
I have my I797A approved. How long will it take to go from L1 to H1? My employer as declined for premium processing. Can I pay for premium processing? What are the options that I have to get it converted faster? Also, if I decide to change of status, will I be able to change the employer? What are the options there? Thanks! |
