    How does my son get his name off car title?
    My son took out a loan for a car & his girlfriend co-signed. They broke up & his ex-girlfriend has the car & is making payments. How does he get his name off the title?

    He can't get his name off the title or the loan for that matter. He's a cosigner for the length of the loan. Then once the loan is finished he can get his name off the title.
