    How can you dispute the unequal split of a trust
    After the recent death of my father I discovered that I will be receiving only 5 percent of the trust the other 47 and a half percent will go to a brother with the remaining 47 and half percent going to a sister

    In general, if your father was mentally competent at the time he created the trust, and assuming no undue influence, you can't dispute it.

    What state or country was in in which the trust was created?
