I recently had all my money taken from my bank account on a garnishment. They have taken my whole paycheck and my child support. Was told they sent me paper work to fill out and to send back in and that they sent it certified mail. But it has been 14 days and I haven't received anything certified or otherwise in the mail. I am looking at being evicted due to non payment of rent and I have a minor child. Do I have any rights in this matter?
