    Getting payment or item back
    I need to know the best way for retriving our t.v from a friend, he was going to pay me for the t.v but has only made one $25.00 PAYMENT ON A BRAND NEW $500.00 T.V. I ASKED HIM TO EITHER PAY OF GIVE IT BACK AND HE REFUSES TO DO EITHER.

    You sue him for the money. If in the US, you can sue in small claims court, ( no attorney is needed) When you file, he may give the TV back, but if you go to court, giving the TV back is not a option, the court would order him to pay you money.
