    Executors time frame to find heirs
    How long does an executor have in the state of ga.to announce who the heirs of an estate are?Also how can you find out if you are named an heir in the state of Ga.

    If you are the executor, go to the probate office in your county for a packet. You will need a will showing you as executor .
