    What happens when creditor release information to a third party ?:mad:

    Nothing if the third party is a collection agency or Attorney or credit bureau or if the third party has a subpoena.

    Who is the third party?

    Whose phone was it, your phone at your home, most liekly assumed it was you.

    But as long as you can prove it, there may be a violation, was it recorded, did your friend tell them who they were.
