Can you sue someone for throwing out your property without a warning or permission?
Can I sue my ex housemate for throwing out my property without a warning or permission while I was on holiday abroad? This happened 10 months ago when I called my landlord (while still on holiday) and gave my rent termination notice.

    Hello J:

Yes, and depending on where you live, you only have a year to do so. Of course, suing is not winning. Bring PROOF.

Yes you can, you will have to prove that this person did it, and that you owned the property that was thrown out. Also prove the value of the property for the claim.
And yes in many places there is a time limit to claim, I would also ask why you have waited to do anything
