Can you file a TRO post foreclosure
My home was foreclosed on, without my knowledge, I was not served, a fomer attorney was, and she did not infrom me of the pending hearing. I filed a motion to rescind the foreclosure Pro Se, but the judge was not happy with my not having an attorney. I am trying to find an attorney to help me. What can I do until I get representation?

Call law firms and tell them you need to retain an Attorney. Why are you having difficulty?

I could see a problem if you are taking action against an Attorney but that does not seem to be the case.

What did the Judge say, specifically? Lots of Judges are unhappy but it often has nothing to do with the matter at hand.
