    Can probation tell you that you can
    If I already have a lease for the house I live in before I got put on probation can my p.o. tell me that I can't move back into my house once I'm done with treatment?

    Assuming you are still under their control then yes.
    The only other option would be jail time.

    Yes, if your living there would violate some terms of your probation.
