    My Babies Medical Condition?
My 9 Month Old son Has just been Diagnoses with Congenital Spinal Abnormalities, After having to take him for a 3rd opinion Because I knew something was wrong with him. The first place I took him too took X-rays and said nothing was wrong I requested an X-ray, The second Place refused to Give him an X-ray Even though they knew that He had a Sndrom having to do mainly with the Spinal Cord. And that the problem ran in the family on his fathers side. Finally I took Him all the way to Chicago and they Gave him a good diagnosis and let me know that there is something seriously wrong with my son and it needs to be watched carefully so it doesn't get out of control. Do I have a Medical case against these other 2 places?

    Hello B:

No. Not from what you've said. If they treated him based upon a wrong diagnosis, then maybe. But having trouble diagnosing a problem is not grounds for a lawsuit.
