Troybilt V809H drive pedal
Tractor does not always stop when releasing the drive pedal. This usually happens after 30 minutes or more of use, and usually when going up an incline. I have had 3 different shops look t it. They tell me it is working fine, but I have run over a rock wall twice and into the garage door twice, plus several other lesser instances.

After changing lower drive belt soon as you put in gear it takes off without pressing gas. I've tried the pedal adjustment and tried to adjust brake by tighten the middle bolt. But it still will not stop.

Old belt broke, so no reference. I found the general routing on the web no problem, but it lists no procedures to follow as far as what to remove under the mower etc. I had it routed pretty much per the diagram, but the belt was rubbing on a bolt head. Looks like I need to loosen the steering nut...
