    How do I find the title to mye dad's house and how do I get my name on it?

    Get in touch with a Realtor or Mortgage broker, they provide help for free; however to put your name on the title needs to be done through escrow. There is a form called Quick Claim which any mortgage broker have. They can assist you with completing and doing title search. There is usually a fee to file, but it does not cost that much since there is no sale involved.
