    Why is my 1 year old son's tonque is black.
    He has not eating anything unusual so I don't understand why his tonque is a blackish color

    If his tongue has turned black I would suggest that you take him to the doctor's as soon as possible as this is not normal.

    Has your child recently been on antibiotics recently? There are a number of reasons for a black tongue, antibiotics just one reason. You need to take your child to your pediatrician for a formal diagnosis.
