    What is the unpleasant smell that comes from your nose?
    I have an unpleasant smell coming from my nose don't know what it is but I need u guys help please.

    Can you tell us what the smell is like? Is it constant or at certain times of the day and in certain places?

    Have you asked a doctor yet? Preferably, ENT.
