Is there a way to stop dreaming?
I have been not sleeping for a while now, I think it's called vivid dreaming but I'm not sure. I dream so much that when I wake up, I am SOOO exhausted. I can remember my dreams because they feel so real, and it feels like it keeps my brain awake. I always wake up feeling like I never slept and I am getting fed up. Is there way to stop dreaming, so that my brain can 'rest' and I can have a normal sleep?

As far as I know, the only way to stop dreaming is to die. Well that is a bit extreme.

Might I suggest that you keep a journal of your dreams and then see if you can find a common thread.

It could be that you have a solution to a problem but your conscious cannot get at it.

Also, it may not be your dreams as much a sleep disorder. Have you asked your doctor about this?
