    Standing all day sore feet
    I am looking for good standing all day shores. I am a hair dresser and Im also back in school. Im standing on average 50-60 hrs a week. I have daskos but they aren't working. My feet are so sore. Plus I have small feet I wear a women's 5. any suggestions

    I used to have a job where I stood all day at a copier machine. I found that if I used orthodics in my shoes my feet would not hurt me at the end of the day. They came in 3 different heights and I found that if I started with the lowest height I was fine. I did not have to go to the medium or high heights. The orthodics were to give my flat feet support in the bottom of my feet. You probably have flat feet and don't realize it. I bought my orthodics from TV and did not spend more than $40. You can go to a foot doctor and spend hundreds of dollars for the same thing.

    There's a pair of shoes called Orthotics. They're somewhat costly, but they're absolutely amazing. I bought a pair when I was doing rotations at the hospital, being on my foot/running for 48 - 72 hours at a time.

    If you don't want to spend so much on the shoes, then you can get orthotic inserts.

    Also, beware of cheap imitations... there's a LOT of companies that call their shoes orthotics, but aren't.
