    Sleeping illness
    Can you help me by answering my problem I'm going to sleep at night sleeping for few hours then waking up shouting abuse at my partner don't know what I'm doing and why I'm doing it.
    In the morning he's telling me what I had done and I can't remember doing or saying anything not even parts when he's telling me.What is my problem and how can I stop doing it.What is my problem we don't even row but I still shout abuse at him.

    It sounds like you might want to talk to your doctor about this problem. There is a thing called night terrors that can make you do things that you would not normally do. I have had them. I used to wake up in a fit not knowing where I was, who I was, and thinking that I was going to die if I didn't get a drink of water. I know it sounds weird. My doctor told me that the terrors might be a subconscious way my mind was letting out emotional pain and anger. Anyway, I don't get them anymore because I dealt with a lot of my stress and emotional blocks. If they continue for you, I would definitely call your doctor.
