    I need to know what vitamins are good
    My husband wants me to buy him some vitamins because he says that when he is at work and he leans forward and stands up he gets dizzy every time. He just 30lbs in 1 1/2 months because he stopped drinking and cut back on his eating habits. I told him that he should got to the dr but he doesn't want to. I know that vitamin b-12 is for energy. What would be good vitamins to buy him? Thank you for your help.

    I take Bayer 1 A Day Mens and have felt like I have more energy during the day since I started taking them, if he lost 30 lbs in a month he could also be dehydrated, make sure he drinks more water than he used to till this pases

    I had the same problem. I found out I was low on vitamin B-6 and B-12. So I started taking them a lot at first and then down to one a day. The dizzy spells went away. I went to a doctor and he gave me medicine for vertigo. It never did anything but the vitamins did work. Good Luck

    He also could be anemic. I would suggest having some bloodwork done.
