Hi, I use Mitchum. I don't know if you can get it where you are tho'. Also Botox for underarms is supposed to work great - don't know why.

You should drink lot of water 8-10 glass per day and if you are consuming salty food or the food that has lot of salt reduce it.

I perspired starting in the 6th grade, way before any friends. I think it's a combination of genetics and hormones. If I remember correctly, it was around the time I hit puberty, and it wasn't until I hit menopause that it lessened. Deodorants and anti-perspirants didn't work. I just changed shirts a lot and wore dark loose tops, and sometimes a tight fitting scoop neck tee under a shirt to act as a shield. Sorry I don't know of a product that will help, but I do know what you are going through.

One thing to do is buy a bath brush and use it to scrub under your arms with tons of soap, more effective than a washcloth. Another is to put panty liners onto the armpits of your shirts. And try different anti-perspirants, maybe the ones for men.

I read that rinsing your armpits with vinegar will help - this could be an old wives tale.

I have never heard that drinking more water (or less, for that matter) solves this problem.

And, yes, I'm told botox works - brrrr

Because it freezes the sweat glands.

Other people have heard about vinegar - where did you search? How to Stop Armpit Sweating: 8 Steps (with Pictures) - wikiHow

I'm not suggesting that she bathe in it. I'm suggesting that she swab it onto her armpits. I doubt she's going to smell bad afterwards.
