Cough, headache, stiff neck
I've had a congested cough for about 5 days, last night I began running a low grade fever and developed a pretty intense headache. This morning I woke up with a headache and stiff neck and it feels like the headache is getting progressively worse. I can barely move my neck at all. I don't currently have insurance so I'm debating going to the ER. What should I do?

I went to an urgent care clinic two days ago because I had these a stiff neck, headache and a fever. I was told I had a sinus infection, given antibiotics and sent home. The fever is gone but the other symptoms have worsened, what can I do?
I had pain on the right side of my head that radiated down to my neck (same side). My neck felt like it was squeezing the pain continued to my chest and arm. This lasted for only a few minutes and really scared me. A week and a half later the same thing happened. What do you think caused this?
