Hi I had a tongue biopsy on Monday, one of the stitches came out yesterday Wednesday, the other is coming out today. It is still quite painful, and I am finding it hard to eat any food. Is this normal.

I have had 2 black spots on my tongue and a bump that has appeared at the tip with no pain. Should I be concern? My dentist referred me to a Oral Surgeon and I have'nt had the money to go. What would be some good advice? Thank You

Hi again, I read , on this site that a "fine needle" biopsy isn't painful, and should I make sure that it is "fine needle" as opposed to a "bigger needle"? Thanks in advance
